Tournament and Field Rules
1. All tournament fees must be paid before your team takes the field.
2. NO SMOKING
3. No Outside food or drinks we have a full services concession stand for all your
needs.
4. No coolers Allowed, water coolers are provided for the players and coaches in each
dugout.
5. The Home team must keep score and report the score  to the concession stand as
soon as the game has ended.
6. All warm-up activities must be conducted in the outfield, no hardballs should be
batted against the fence, and soft toss should be conducted with a portable net
outside the playing field fence.
7. Pitchers must warm-up outside the playing field fence.
8. Please clear the dugout as soon as possible after your game so the next game can
start on time, also please leave your dugout clean.
9. Home team will be determined by coin flip between head coaches or their
alternates as soon as possible umpires need not be present for the coin flip.
10. Baseballs, each team will supply two (2) new baseball per game played to be given
to the plate umpire before the start of each game. Also each team is responsible for
retrieving foul balls on their side of the field.
11. Infield warm-up, there will be no pre game infield practice allowed.

Playing Rules

1. All playing rules not specifically covered shall follow the National Federation of
High Schools rules.
2. A game will consist of  1 hour and 45 minutes or seven innings which ever comes
first, however if an inning starts and time expires the inning will be allowed to finish.
3. Run rule is as follows, 15 runs after 3 Innings, 10 runs after 4 Innings and 8 after 5
Innings.
4. Protest are not permitted the umpire has the final word on the playing field.
5. The tournament director shall have the final decision on all tournament questions.
6. Bat weight will be no less than -3.
7. No pitching limitations (coach’s discretion).
8. Any game ending in a tie score on Saturday will remain a tie, No Exceptions. All
games on Sunday must have a winner.
9. Either team may bat the entire line up with free defensive substitutions, except for
the pitcher or may bat just nine
with or without an EH and make proper substitutions,
a team losing a player will not be penalized an out unless that team cannot field nine
players or the player lost was ejected from the game.
10. If a player arrives late that player may enter the game at anytime but must be
added to the bottom of the batting order.
11. If a game is postponed due to inclement weather on Saturday the clock will
continue to run and if times expires the team ahead at the time of the postponement
will be the winner.
12. Tie breakers are as follows, Head to Head, Least Runs Allowed, Coin Flip.
13. Courtesy Runners, a courtesy runner may be used for the pitcher and catcher at
anytime, however it is mandatory for the catcher with two outs. The courtesy runner
must be the last out unless the last out is the pitcher or catcher in which case the
next last out will be the courtesy runner.
14. Umpire fees are nonrefundable once a game has been started.
15. Home team will be determined by coin flip on Saturday and higher seed team will  
have the choice on Sunday. Championship Games home team will be decided by a
coin flip.
16. Championship games will have a two hour time limit.
17. To avoid a forfeited game a team may pick up a player or players from another
team to make nine players, pick up players may not pitch.

Coaches please go over these rules with your players and parents so they will be
better informed.
